Can't reset password
Hi team,
I've been trying to reset my password for the past hour and the reset email never arrives. I've checked my spam, promotions, and trash folders. My email on file is anna@chendesign.com.
This is urgent — I have a client call at 3pm and need access to my dashboard for the presentation.

If it still doesn't arrive, we can bypass email and set up a temporary password over this thread.

Bounce log shows MX record issue on their domain. Email server is rejecting our mail.
